Jerry Robinson

Jerry RobinsonA really interesting conversation with Jerry Robinson, creator of the Joker.

The Joker, as introduced in the story in Batman #1 and created by Robinson, lacked a sense of humor. Clad in dark purple with black bags under his somber eyes, The Joker was an ironically-named character, more somber than Batman despite the bright clown make-up on his face.
